What are the payment options available at JUST SALWARS?

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from JUST SALWARS. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for any clarifications.
How do I redeem a voucher?
You can redeem a voucher when you buy a product. Here is how you can redeem it:
- Select the design, product style, and quantity.
- Click on 'Add to Cart'. Proceed through the Checkout Flow to the Payment Page.
- Type the voucher code in the 'Vouchers' section in the Payment Page and click 'Apply'. The amount value changes in your 'Order Summary' section.
- Choose your Payment Method and pay the discounted amount.
