What are the payment options available at JUST SALWARS?

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from JUST SALWARS. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number, or send an email to for any clarifications.

How do I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem a voucher when you buy a product. Here is how you can redeem it:

  1. Select the design, product style, and quantity.
  2. Click on 'Add to Cart'. Proceed through the Checkout Flow to the Payment Page.
  3. Type the voucher code in the 'Vouchers' section in the Payment Page and click 'Apply'. The amount value changes in your 'Order Summary' section.
  4. Choose your Payment Method and pay the discounted amount.
