What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from JUST SALWARS. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Carewith your order number, or send an email to for any clarifications.

How do I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem a voucher when you buy a product. Here is how you can redeem it:

  1. Select the design, product style, and quantity.
  2. Click on 'Add to Cart'. Proceed through the Checkout Flow to the Payment Page.
  3. Type the voucher code in the 'Vouchers' section in the Payment Page and click 'Apply'. The amount value changes in your 'Order Summary' section.
  4. Choose your Payment Method and pay the discounted amount.




We strive to deliver products purchased from JUST SALWARS in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.

If you return an order delivered to you, and if you want Just Salwars’s logistics team to pick up your return, we’ll debit the original shipping charges billed by our logistics provider from your account. However if you self-ship your returns, you will not be reimbursed based on JUST SALWARS's Return Policy Listed below.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment.

Does JUST SALWARS deliver products outside India?

JUST SALWARS does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not?

If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can call us at +91-44-45495717 and provide your PIN code. We will inform you about the serviceability.

I ordered from JUST SALWARS before, and it was delivered to my PIN code; but now I am not able to place an order to my address!

There are some PIN codes which were serviced by JUST SALWARS earlier, but are unserviceable now due to courier issues. If you are trying to place an order using one of these PIN codes, we will not be able to take your order. You may provide a different address with a serviceable PIN code in order to successfully place your order. Please contact our Customer Care at +91-44-45495717 to know which PIN codes are serviceable.

On JUST SALWARS's website, it says 24 Hours Dispatch, but it takes much longer to deliver. Why?

Orders are processed and shipped out of our Warehouse within 24 hours. After dispatch, it may take 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered to its delivery address.

What will be the mode of delivery?

JUST SALWARS has partnered with Blue Dart and DTDC for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products 


How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Just Salwars once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by following steps:

  • Log in to your account by clicking on 'Login / Sign Up' on the top right of the page.
  • Click on the ‘My Order’ under ‘My Account’ section at the bottom of the page.
  • Click on the relevant order number to check its status.


How can I track my product shipment?

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this number along with the name of the service provider (Blue Dart or DTDC). In order to track the order:
