JUST SALWARS'S SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver products purchased from JUST SALWARS in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases, we will deliver the order to your doorstep.. If the order is cancelled (before we ship), lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.

If you return an order delivered to you, and if you want Just Salwars’s logistics team to pick up your return, we’ll debit the actual shipping charges billed by our logistics provider from your account and we'll initiate the refund process to your Bank/Card account after deducting the same within 5 to 7 working days once we receive the product in saleable condition.. However if you self-ship your returns, you will not be charged for return shipping.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship between 1 to 2 days. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 3-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment.

International Shipping & Customs

By placing an international order with us, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and agree to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including any applicable duties or fees.

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not?

All the pin-codes in India is serviceable.

On JUST SALWARS's website, it says 1 to 2 days Dispatch, but it takes much longer to deliver. Why?

Orders are processed and shipped out of our Warehouse within 1 to 2 days. After dispatch, it may take 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered to its delivery address.
